Full-service architecture, engineering and planning firm I&S Group (Mankato, MN) acquired 17-person architectural firm Paulsen Architects (Mankato, MN). Paulsen Architects’ portfolio includes health care, K-12 and higher education, government and sustainable projects. Link to details
Transportation engineering firm and bridge specialist Hardesty & Hanover (New York, NY) acquired Lawrie & Associates (L&A) (Alexandria, VA). L&A specializes in complex bridge engineering including concrete segmental and cable-supported bridge design. Link to details

Sustainability consultancy Anthesis Consulting Group (London, UK) has acquired Best Foot Forward (Oxford, UK), a 40-person sustainability consulting firm. Link to details
Multi-discipline architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning firm DIALOG (Vancouver, Canada) has merged with Jones Kwong Kishi Engineering (JKK) (Vancouver, Canada). JKK provides structural engineering services to high-rise mixed-use and hospitality projects. Link to details
