A global leader in providing critical infrastructure and natural resource solutions CH2M (Englewood, CO) (ENR #4) agreed to partner with an affiliate of alternative investment management firm Apollo Global Management (New York, NY). Upon closing (expected during Q2), Apollo will invest $200M in convertible preferred stock in CH2M, with another $100M to be invested within one year. Link to details
