Multidisciplinary consultant Quincy Engineering (Rancho Cordova, CA) merged with public infrastructure engineering firm Murraysmith (Portland, OR) (ENR #490).  Link to details

Montrose Environmental Group (Irvine, CA), through its wholly owned subsidiary Enthalpy Analytical (Irvine, CA), acquired the business of Golden Specialty (Houston, TX), an air testing laboratory.  Link to details

In the firm’s second deal announced this week, Montrose Environmental Group (Irvine, CA) entered into a definitive agreement with Target Emission Services (Calgary, Canada), under which Montrose will acquire TARGET.  Link to details
