This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the U.S. and six international deals involving companies from Canada, Sweden, the UAE, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

Towill (Concord, CA), a leading provider of geomatics services and technologies in the Western U.S., acquired Cunha Engineering (Pinole, CA). The acquisition will augment and diversify Towill’s land surveying services in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout the state of California. Link to details

Antenora Architects (Austin, TX) joined VLK Architects (Fort Worth, TX) (ENR #294) helping VLK build upon and expand its commercial practice across the State of Texas. Link to details

P2S (Long Beach, CA), a provider of professional engineering, commissioning, and construction management services, acquired mechanical design firm Notkin Mechanical Engineers (Seattle, WA). Link to details

Applied Research Associates (Albuquerque, NM) acquired Signature Management Group (Huntsville, AL), a firm developing, testing, and implementing signature management solutions and technologies for federal agencies. Link to details

5/13/2020

Collett Surveying (Brockville, Canada) – which opened its doors in 1881 – merged with structural engineering firm IN Engineering (Brockville, Canada). The newly combined firm will operate under the name IN Engineering and Surveying. Link to details

Altor (Stockholm, Sweden) signed a definitive agreement to invest in a majority stake in Eleda Infra Services Group (Stockholm, Sweden). As part of the transaction, Eleda will also acquire JVAB  (Järfälla, Sweden) and One Nordic (Malmö, Sweden). Eleda is an expansive infrastructure services group focusing on small to medium sized civil engineering and transmission infrastructure projects. Link to details
