Professional and technical engineering and consulting firm NV5 (Hollywood, FL) acquired inspection, construction management and environmental consulting firm AK Environmental (West Trenton, NJ). AK Environmental primarily serves natural gas pipeline companies in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States and employs 120 professionals. Link to details
Infrastructure engineering firm Spencer Group (Hull, UK) has joined forces with rail signaling firm Chase Meadow (Stratford Upon Avon, UK). The firm will operate as Chase Meadow Signaling (CMS). Link to details
