Global multi-discipline engineering firm The Berger Group of Companies (Morristown, NJ) acquired 400-person multi-discipline consulting engineering firm APIA XXI (Santander, Spain). Link to details
Multi-discipline architecture, engineering and planning firm China Construction Design International (CCDI) (Shanghai, China), a subsidiary of state-owned construction and engineering firm China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSEC)(Beijing, China), acquired 230-person leading architecture firm Peddle Thorp & Walker (PTW) (Sydney, Australia) for a reported $15 million.
