Engineering and environmental consulting and testing firm, Braun Intertec (Minneapolis, MN) (ENR #136) acquired Peer Engineering (Eden Prairie, MN), an environmental consultingand engineering company. With the acquisition, Braun Intertec adds expertise in environmental assessments and brownfield redevelopment to the firm’s environmental consulting group. Link to details

Terracon Consultants (Olathe, KS) (ENR #35) announced the ownership of a new office in El Paso, TX. The El Paso operation was previously owned by Raba Kistner Consultants (San Antonio, TX) (ENR #261), an environmental, geotechnical, and facilities engineering firm. Raba Kistner’s El Paso office will transition its employees, equipment, and current projects to Terracon. Link to details
