This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the United States and two international deals involving companies from the U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, and Japan.

Two architecture firms, Architects-Plus (Houston, TX) and Three Square Design Group (Houston, TX) will merge to create a firm called Method Architecture in mid-2016. The two firms combined employ nearly 40 staff. Link to details

Engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental science firm, Morrison-Maierle (Helena, MT) (ENR #347) acquired Murtagh Municipal Engineering (Billings, MT), a water and wastewater engineering firm. Link to details

MHF Engineering (Jefferson, IA) joined Bolton & Menk (Mankato, MN) (ENR #205), a provider of engineering, planning, environmental, and surveying services. MHF offers municipal and agricultural drainage engineering, along with land surveying services. Link to details

Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm, R.E. Warner & Associates (Westlake, OH) acquired Accurate Technologies (Canton, OH), a surveying business with licensed specialists in industrial measurements and mapping. Link to details

ENR’s #55 ranked global design firm, SYSTRA (Paris, France) acquired Dalco Elteknik AB (Sollentuna, Sweden), an engineering company specializing in railway systems and a market leader in railway signaling. Link to details

ENR’s #57 ranked global design firm, Nippon Koei (Tokyo, Japan) acquired global architecture firm BDP Holdings Limited (Manchester, UK), a multi-disciplinary practice that focuses on architectural design, structural analysis and facility design.
