This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the United States and seven international deals involving companies from Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, The Netherlands and France.

Pritzker Group Private Capital (Chicago, IL) acquired ENTACT (Grapevine, TX), a provider of environmental remediation services to the private sector. Pritzker acquired ENTACT, ENR’s #63 ranked environmental firm, from Austin Ventures and TGF Management. Link to details

Consulting and engineering firm, Grontmij (De Bilt, Netherlands) signed an agreement to sell all of its remaining French activities to RKO Management and Investment (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
