Lamar Johnson Collaborative (Chicago, IL), a design and architecture subsidiary of Clayco (Chicago, IL), announced that it will combine with Clayco-owned architecture firm BatesForum (St. Louis, MO), creating one firm of more than 240 professionals. Link to details

Congruex (Boulder, CO) acquired specialized civil engineering and construction firm Terra Technologies (McHenry, IL), further positioning itself as one of the largest end-to-end telecom engineering and construction platforms in the United States. Private investment firm Bow River Capital (Denver, CO) acquired full-service MEP and technology engineering firm Dynamix Engineering (Columbus, OH) and energy services company Dynamix Energy Services (Columbus, OH). Capgemini (Paris, France), a global leader in consulting, IT services, and digital transformation, and Altran Technologies (Paris, France), a global leader in engineering and R&D services, announced that they have entered into an agreement for exclusive negotiations whereby Capgemini is to acquire Altran. Link to details
