This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the U.S. involving companies from Georgia, Virginia, California, and Texas.

JULY 2019: AEC industry leader Pond & Company (Peachtree Corners, GA) (ENR #107) has partnered with private equity investment firm DC Capital Partners (Alexandria, VA). The partnership is intended to provide capital to allow Pond to grow and create greater value for clients and expand opportunities for employees. Pond chose to partner with DC Capital given their focus on companies that provide differentiated and innovative services in the AEC industry. Link to details

Price Architects (Los Angeles, CA) joined global design firm HKS Architects (Dallas, TX) (ENR #42). Many of Price Architects’ twelve employees have previously worked for HKS, including President & CEO Jack Price, who spent thirty years with the firm. Link to details
