AECOM (Los Angeles, CA) executed an agreement to acquire URS Corporation (San Francisco, CA) for $56.31 per share in cash and stock in a transaction valued at approximately $6 billion. The deal creates a company with more than 95,000 employees in 150 countries worldwide. Link to details
