ENR’s #94 ranked environmental firm, Trinity Consultants (Dallas, TX) acquired Minnow Environmental (Georgetown, Canada), a specialty consulting firm focused on aquatic ecology. Architecture firms, Darnton EGS (Leeds, UK) and B3 Architects (Colchester, UK) have merged. The combined firm will be known as Darnton B3 and have a combined 150 employees. Link to details
