Weekly merger, acquisition, deal update: January 30
This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the United States and one international deal involving companies from the United Kingdom and China.
Architecture and engineering firm, DCAK-MSA (Nyack, NY) acquired Savik & Murray (Holbrook, NY), a civil engineering firm with expertise in airport runways, taxiways, lighting and NAVAIDS, marine on-shore infrastructure, bulkheads, and municipal roadways. Link to details
Civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning firm, McCarthy Engineering Associates (Wyomissing, PA) and N.E. Fisher & Associates (Boyertown, PA) have joined forces. N.E. Fisher & Associates is a full-service mechanical and electrical engineering firm. Link to details
Edmisten & Associates Ecological Consultants (Pensacola, FL) and Bosso-Imhof Environmental Sciences (Pensacola, FL) have merged and formed a new company called Biome Consulting Group. Biome Consulting Group will assist land owners in navigating the complexities of environmental regulations. Link to details
Architecture firm, McKissick Associates (Harrisburg, PA) acquired Kasun Architects (Hollidaysburg, PA). The combined firms will be known as McKissick Kasun Architects. Link to details
RHWL (London, UK) and its specialist cultural and public building subsidiary Arts Team have joined the Aedas (Hong Kong, China). These units will now be known as Aedas RHWL and Aedas Arts Team respectively. Aedas is ENR’s #106 ranked global design firm. Link to details
