This week Morrissey Goodale reported five deals in the United States involving companies from Illinois, Texas, Louisiana, Michigan, Washington District of Columbia, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Engineering, consulting, and automation services firm, EN Engineering (Warrenville, IL) (ENR #82), invested in Texas Utility Engineering (San Antonio, TX), an electric utility and telecommunications engineering firm. Link to details

Centric Design Studio’s (Detroit, MI) leadership joined Quinn Evans Architects (Washington, DC) (ENR #393). Both design practices are recognized for their portfolios of cultural, institutional, educational, and commercial design work. Link to details
