Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) (Sparks, MD) (ENR #75) acquired Bayside Engineering (Tampa, FL), a firm that specializes in transportation and traffic design, surface water management, site engineering, construction engineering and inspection, and surveying and mapping. Link to details 


Engineering, construction, and environmental engineering services firm, Stanley Consultants (Muscatine, IA) (ENR #66) acquired Hartwig & Associates (Englewood, CO), an engineering and construction management services firm that serves the transportation market. Link to details 


Provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, NV5 (Hollywood, FL) (ENR #124) acquired Sebesta (St. Paul, MN) (ENR #384), an MEP engineering and energy management company. Link to details


MWH Constructors (High Wycombe, UK), the construction subsidiary of MWH Global (Broomfield, CO) (ENR #21), acquired the Slayden Construction Group (Slayton, OR). Slayden is known for its work in renewable energy and hydropower projects, as well as fisheries, dams and river restoration. Link to details
