Weekly merger, acquisition, deal update: February 21
This week Morrissey Goodale reported five deals in the United States involving companies from Minnesota, California, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
Leading, employee-owned architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental firm Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH) (St. Paul, MN) and engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and planning firm Yaggy Colby Associates (Rochester, MN) have signed a letter of intent to merge. Architectural firms Hatch-Colasuonno Studio (Palisades, CA) and Relativity Architects (Los Angeles, CA) have joined forces. The combined firm will serve a variety of private, institutional, and residential markets. Link to details
Fremming, Parson and Pecchenino (FP&P) (Merced, CA), a full service engineering, consulting, and surveying firm has merged with multi-disciplined engineering and environmental firm Quad Knopf (Visalia, CA). The merged firms have approximately 100 employees. Link to details
