1 Priority Environmental Services (Fort Worth,TX), a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners (Bloomfield Hills, MI), acquired Earth Services & Abatement (Commerce City, CO), a leading provider of environmental remediation and selective demolition services in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions.  Link to details

Full-service science and engineering consulting firm, ARM Group (Hershey, PA), acquired CAMCO (Ebensburg, PA), an electrical apparatus rebuild, repair, and field service testing facility.  Link to details

RSK Group Limited (Helsby, UK), an integrated environmental, engineering, and technical services business, acquired environmental and geotechnical engineering firm, Dr Tillmanns & Partner GmbH (Bergheim, Germany). This deal marks the second acquisition of the 2019 calendar year following the firm’s January acquisition of design, property, and construction consultancy Pellings (London, UK).  Link to details
