This week Morrissey Goodale reported two deals in the United States and four international deals involving companies from Canada, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Australia, France, and South Africa.
Multidisciplinary engineering firm American Engineering Associates (Charlotte, NC) has acquired the assets of Gannett Fleming’s (Camp Hill, PA) Charlotte, NC operations. The Charlotte office of Gannett Fleming provides transportation, traffic and structural engineering services to both public and private sector clients. Link to details

Multidisciplinary engineering and architectural firm Saudconsult (Khobar, Saudi Arabia) and Beltone Private Equity (Cairo, Egypt) have reached an agreement to acquire a 40% stake in Power Generation Engineering and Services Company (PGESCo) (Cairo, Egypt). PGESCo provides engineering, procurement, project and site management services to electric power plants. Link to details
