ENR’s #30-ranked environmental firm, Antea Group (Heerenveen, Netherlands), plans to acquire the Polish subsidiary of engineering and consultancy firm Tractebel (Brussels, Belgium). With approximately 100 employees, Tractebel Poland (Katowice, Poland) specializes in thermal and renewable energy, as well as in the transportation and distribution of energy. Link to details
