This week Morrissey Goodale reported three deals in the United States and one international deal involving France and Sweden.
The New York and Shanghai offices of hospitality-focused architecture and interior design firm BBG-BBGM (New York, New York) have joined global design firm HOK (Kansas City, MO). The Washington, DC, office of BBG-BBGM will continue as BBGM. Link to details
Leading international design firm Stantec (Edmonton, Canada) signed a letter of intent to acquire 115-person environmental consulting and engineering firm Williamsburg Environmental Group (Williamsburg, VA) and Cultural Resources, Inc. (Glen Allen, VA), which specializes in cultural resource management and historic preservation. Link to details
Global engineering and innovation consultancy Altran (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) has acquired Scalae AB (Dalby, Sweden), a product development company in the fields of industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronic production and outsourced development projects. Link to details
The principals and associates of Accurate EngiSurv (Broomfield, CO) have joined the staff of civil engineering and surveying firm Manhard Consulting (Vernon Hills, IL). The formation of Accurate EngiSurv, a division of Manhard Consulting, will provide civil engineering and surveying services, including construction layout, boundary surveys, global position surveys (GPS), and automated computer mapping.
