Weekly merger, acquisition, deal update: August 25
This week Morrissey Goodale reported three deals in the U.S. and one international deal involving companies from Canada.
Ardmore Associates (Chicago, IL) and The Roderick Group (Chicago, IL) merged to create a fully integrated engineering and construction management consulting firm. The combined firm will become one of the 20 largest engineering firms headquartered in Illinois, and one of the largest minority-owned firms in Chicago and the region. Link to details
National architecture, design, and consulting services firm, NELSON (Philadelphia, PA), merged with WK Design Group (San Francisco, CA), a firm that specializes in architecture, interior design, building design, core and shell architecture, and construction administration. Link to details
DuBois & King (Randolph, VT) acquired David A. Mann Survey (Kenne, NH). DuBois & King is a multidiscipline professional consulting firm providing planning, engineering, and construction phase services. Link to details
Architectural firm, Chuck Mills Design (Ottawa, Canada), merged with Amsted Design-Build (Ottawa, Canada). Chuck Mills Design specializes in high-end custom homes and residential renovation projects. Link to details
