Boxwood Merger Corp. (Santa Monica, CA), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, and Atlas Technical Consultants(Austin, TX), a provider of professional testing, inspection, engineering, and consulting services, have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Atlas will become a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Boxwood.  Link to details
