Transformer glitch burns Wisconsin paper company

According to a Middletown Journal report , fire authorities are blaming a defective transformer for a March 19 fire that caused an estimated $500,000 in damages at one of the nation’s largest paper companies.

Despite the high price tag, the plant isn’t scheduled to close, and no one was injured in the blaze.
