Fike has announced the addition of a Remote Power Supply (RPS) to compliment its existing line of fire alarm and detection and control solutions.
The RPS can be activated by a notification appliance circuit (NAC) from a fire panel, optional control modules, or can be used in standalone applications to supply power to auxiliary devices (door holders, panel peripheral devices, etc.). The UL Listed Remote Power Supply offers several key features, including 4 output circuits – Class A or B – rated for 3 amps maximum, built-in synchronization with several different vendor protocols, operation in both Generator and Follower sync modes and universal ac input.
