This project is a system upgrade for a 16-story building with 7 parking areas, data centers, waste water treatment plant, and green areas. Phase one upgrade includes major electrical substations improvement, indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, and LED technology installation. Studies on electrical sustainability are conducted for future Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Phase two of the project will be focusing on HVAC and civil engineering improvement.
