Press connections for hot water heater installations

Press technology is designed to provide a way to join copper tubing to brass and bronze valves more efficiently than with soldering. Press connections for Powers are engineered for use in commercial and residential applications. The LFLM490-10 Series consists of thermostatic tempering valves for hot water heater installations. They can provide flow rates as high as 23 gallons per minute. The press connections have a compact design and lead-free brass construction with a unique handle mechanism to allow exact temperature selection to be locked-in for added protection. The series features advanced paraffin-based actuation technology, integral checks, and inlet screens to prevent cross-flow and contamination.
