Available in 15 kV, 25 kV, and 35 kV models, the HPI Polyethylene Insulators are lightweight options for linemen and are fit to use in construction areas. Manufactured by Hendrix Wire & Cable, the insulators offer longer leakage distance and higher impulse strength than their porcelain counterparts. The polyethylene model is also able to withstand wear and tear, including chipping, cracking, or breaking.
