Emerson’s ASCO 4000 series switchgear offers custom capabilities in a midrange system.
ASCO 4000 series generator paralleling switchgear features monitoring and control that is completely independent of the operator touchscreen, and generator control completely independent from the master controller. A backup, hard-wired generator control circuit that’s separate from the master controller maximizes reliability. Operators are provided with detailed diagnostics for overall monitoring of critical system components including digital power meters, digital gen-set controllers, programmable automation controllers, automatic transfer switches, and circuit breakers. The ASCO 4000 switchgear simulator incorporates the same color touchscreen and programmable logic controller as the power control system, rather than relying on computer modeling.
