Pad-mounted switchgear

Federal Pacific offers pad-mounted switchgear listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. using the IEEE C37.74-2003. The 15 kV Live-Front PSI/II and Dead-Front PSE models have passed the electrical and mechanical tests for switches and fuse mountings in underground distribution equipment. The enclosure and finish were exposed to the rigorous sequence of testing to verify the enclosure’s capability to resist penetration by vandals and survive harsh environments to protect the metal and control corrosion.
