Current/voltage data logger, PQ data center, power monitoring instrument, and insulation testers

Current/voltage data logger has eight channels. Four channels are available for use with external clamp-on current probes to measure and record alternating current; three channels are for voltage input; and one is dedicated to a built-in thermistor for temperature measurement. Power quality data center allows users ot identify all site trends and power events for an all-inclusive view of network functionality. The system takes advantage of infinite continuous data logging and storage. The platform interconnects transparently through Ethernet and TCP/IP. Power monitoring instrument incorporates a color touch screen into a lightweight design. Users can select the length and mode of data collection, including troubleshooting, data logging, fault recording, inrush, power quality surveys, equipment performance testing, energy studies and loading balance.Automated setups provide instant detection of circuit types and configurations, ensuring that the instrument is ready to successfully collect data. The unitcollects data at 256 samples/cycle/channel for both voltage and current and offers remote communications using the RS-232, Ethernet or USB options. Insulation testers comprised of three analog/digital models are available for 5-kV and 10-kV applications. Base model has five pre-programmed test voltages—250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000—and measures to 15 TW on the digital scale.
