BACnet service tool gives user field access to controller point information. The tool runs on a Windows Pocket PC or laptop and automatically discovers and edits BACnet devices from third parties as well as the manufacturer’s lines of controllers. It provides multiple displays of the entire BACnet system, including objects within the device, and detailed views of the BACnet properties of selected objects. Technicians can edit and change values, set descriptions and more. For more about Roam I02 from TAC, click here .

Control device provides full capacity modulation for all sizes of direct-expansion air conditioning systems that use R-410A non-ozone-depleting hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant. The control continuously and automatically matches AC system capacity/output to changing load conditions. It is claimed to dramatically improve humidity control without overcooling the space and eliminate common maintenance problems associated with excess system capacity such as coil icing, liquid slugging, and excessive compressor cycling.
