NEBB taps new president

The National Environmental Balancing Bureau has chosen John B. Stevenson of Austin, Texas, to lead its membership in 2009.

John B. Stevenson, of TAB Technologies, Austin, Texas, was elected president of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) at the group’s 2008 Annual Meeting and Educational Conference, held at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort and Spa in Tucson in early November.

Stevenson is the vice president of TAB Technologies , a test and balance firm located in Austin, Texas. TAB Technologies is a NEBB-Certified Firm in Air and Hydronics as well as Building Systems Commissioning.

With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, Stevenson’s NEBB service includes a stint as president of Texas Environmental Balancing Bureau president in 1999, and as member of the National Board of Directors since 2002. Stevenson is a NEBB Air & Hydronics Certified Professional as well as NEBB HVAC & Plumbing Commissioning Certified Professional.
