NEBB appoints two industry leaders to board

The National Environmental Balancing Bureau chooses Stanley Fleischer and Leonard Maiani to serve on its Board of Directors for the 2009 term.

Stanley Fleischer, of Baltimore-based Seneca Balance, and Leonard Maiani, with Athol, Idaho-based Maiani Construction Services , were elected to the 2009 National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Board of Directors during the 2008 NEBB Annual Meeting and Educational Conference in Tucson, Ariz.

Fleischer, president and owner of Seneca Balance, is a NEBB-certified professional in TAB, Sound & Vibration and Building Systems Commissioning.

Maiani, president of Maiani Construction Services, is also a NEBB-certified professional in TAB, Building System Commissioning and Sound & Vibration; he also is LEED accredited. His NEBB service includes current chairman of NEBB’s national Chapter Affairs Committee, and as the Technical Committee Chairman of Pacific Northwest Environmental Balancing Bureau.
