Carlo Gavazzi’s VMU-C EM, VMUC-Y EM, and Em2 Server are multisite energy-data loggers with embedded Web servers designed to provide energy management for many projects. The VMU-C EM collects data from a network of energy meters and environmental sensors and makes this data available to end-users. It can function as a stand-alone data-logging solution for applications with up to 105 ft. The VMUC-Y EM aggregates data from a network of VMU-C EM data loggers for applications with more than 105 ft. It is also responsible for the management of collected data and Web server function. The Em2 Server is a virtual-machine software appliance that aggregates data in large applications with up to 100 VMU-C EM loggers/3,200 energy meters and provides Web server function.
