Recent promotions and hires
St. Paul, Minn.-based 3M has appointed Dr. Joaquin Delgado as executive vice president in charge of electro and communications business and member of 3M’s operations committee. Delgado began his tenure at 3M in 1987 and most recently served as vice president and general manager of the electronics markets materials division.
Roanoke, Va.-based ADMMicro Inc. announced the hiring of Mark Kittinger as national accounts manager. Kittinger will bring his 27 years of experience to help implement sales growth initiatives as well as client services.
Chicago-based Inspec named Gary C. Patrick , AIA, RRC, as executive vice president. Patrick has been employed with Inspec since 1977, and his responsibilities will include overseeing the roof design/management department, the roof construction observation and testing department, and the forensic/insurance department for the Minneapolis office.
Alpharetta, Ga.-based MACTEC has named Karon B. Gilmore , PE, as senior principal. Gilmore brings 23 years of project management and business operations experience in construction management, environmental compliance, and government contract management.
La Crosse, Wis.-based Michaels Engineering announced the addition of a new energy efficiency division team member, Michael Frischmann . Frischmann’s graduate work was focused primarily on thermodynamics and heat transfer with research in magnetic refrigeration.
Lisle, Ill.-based Molex Inc. , an electronic components company, announced that it has appointed Dr. Anirudh Dhebar as a director. Dhebar is a professor of marketing at Babson College in Babson Park, Mass., who has served as an instructor for the Molex program for more than 15 years.
