Atlanta-based MACTEC Engineering and Consulting Inc . named Michael E. Wilder, PE , to the

position of energy and environmental specialist. Wilder has more than 37 years

of experience, with the past five years serving as manager of Georgia Power

Co.’s clean air section of environmental affairs.

Minneapolis-based HGA Architects and Engineers has added 43 LEED APs to its staff since the

beginning of 2009. The new engineering LEED APs include: Minneapolis office: Erik Hanson, James L. Husnik, ; Milwaukee office: Andrew J. Brauer ; and Rochester, Minn. office: Benjamin L. Skustad

Aurora,

Colo.-based Merrick & Co. promoted Phil Voegtle to director of

architectural and engineering technical services. Voegtle, a structural engineer,

has been with the firm for 11 years. In the new position, Voegtle will be

responsible for leading the firm’s architectural and technical operations, and

managing the firm’s technical resources.

Greenwood

Village, Colo.-based MKK Consulting Engineers Inc. added six new employees

within two of its office locations. Joining the Greenwood Village, Colorado

office will be the following: Jeffrey Geiger; Thomas E. Bradford; William L.

Faryna; Ainsley Thrailkill; and Jaxon M. Seekins. Rochelle Mellot, PE, LEED AP will join the Cheyenne, Wyo., office.

Melbourne,

Fla.-based BRPH announced that Daniel Spradling, PE, has joined the company as

director of electrical engineering. Spradling has more than 20 years of

experience in engineering and construction management on military,

governmental, and private programs.
