The HVAC Alpha controller by Titus integrates universally with BACnet building management systems.
Titus HVAC’s Alpha controller family integrates universally with all BACnet building management systems (BMS), regardless of manufacturer. The Alpha controller reduces common failures seen with typical “add-on” style designs of multiple connected components and is designed and manufactured in collaboration with KMC Controls. Designed as a one-piece solution, the Alpha features the advantages of an integrated controller, sensor, actuator, and communicator. It can be used in stand-alone and network applications, saves time and money during the installation by being preconfigured at the factory, and can be commissioned through the thermostat, eliminating software at the jobsite. The Alpha controls family includes the single duct cooling only, single duct with heat and fan-powered application, and dual duct mixing and nonmixing. It is available with three sensor options: dial sensor, digital display, and digital with occupancy sensor.
