Bosch's B465 Universal Dual Path Communicator is designed to enable dialer-based fire or intrusion control panels to use modern IP addresses or cellular communication formats.
Bosch’s B465 Universal Dual Path Communicator enables dialer-based fire or intrusion control panels to use modern IP or cellular communication formats. It links a control panel’s digital dialer to an Ethernet connection on a local or wide area network or to a cellular module to send reports to the central station receiver. This communicator supports multiple communication formats including Contact ID, SIA, and pulse. The B465 is designed with support for IPv6 and has an interface for plug-in cellular modules. For security and safety it acknowledges the signal after the Bosch receiver at the central monitoring station receives it. The B465 Universal Dual Path Communicator meets NFPA 72: National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code 2013 Edition standards.
