CSI and CMD Join Forces

To better serve the informational and educational needs of the building and construction industry, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Alexandria, Va., and CMDhave decided to join forces.

Announcing a five-year alliance at the recent CSI show, the two organizations plan to combine resources in the development of technical documents, reference publications, continuing education offerings and research on industry trends.

“I am excited to announce the renewal of our strategic alliance with the Construction Specification Institute,” said Curtis Allen, CMD President. CSI, www.csinet.org , provides product information, continuing education and seminars and trade shows to all members of the building team, and CMD, www.cmdg.com.org , provides construction information, cost data, news, products and services to architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers and other professionals in the construction industry.
