Comprehensive Portfolio Addresses Wide Range of Electrical Power Challenges

The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) has announced the availability of its 2007 Annual Research Portfolio. The portfolio is a broad program designed to address and meet the scientific and technical challenges that face the electricity industry today, ranging from environmental management, cost effectiveness and reliable operations to the selection and design of new generation, transmission and distribution technologies.

The 2007 Portfolio is said by the organization’s officials to reflect EPRI’s role in helping to ensure clean, reliable and affordable electricity in a carbon-constrained world and its commitment to enhancing the value of collaborative activities for members and the industry.
