MaxLite’s Induction Canopy Luminaire has a lamp life of 100,000 hours and requires no electrodes for operation. MaxLite’s induction fixture mounts to electrical boxes or directly to surfaces. The IP43-rated fixture is constructed with a die cast, one piece, aluminum body and a shatter- and UV-resistant polycarbonate lens that is sealed and protected against large solid objects and sprays of water. The 40 W model delivers 2800 lumens and replaces up to a 175 W metal halide fixture, while the 80 W model delivers 6400 lumens and replaces up to a 250 W metal halide fixture. The 5000 K correlated color temperature (CCT) fixture offers high output and high efficacy while using a circular-shaped induction light source. MaxLite’s Induction Canopy Luminaire is engineered with a self-contained generator  and operates on 120 to 277 V electrical systems.
