Autodesk Inc.’s 2010 software is geared toward helping AEC professionals make use of the building information modeling process. This updated package includes several enhancements designed to increase interoperability, improve green-building analysis, and boost efficiency.

The Revit Platform-based products help give the entire suite a consistent look and feel for ease of use. It includes Revit Architecture, which lets users accurately capture design concepts and works with other design software; and Revit Structure, click here for more information about the MEP software .

The suite also includes AutoCAD Civil 3D software—geared toward civil engineers—helps simplify digital modeling of transportation, land-development, and environmental projects before they’re built. Navisworks (consisting of Review, Simulate, Manage, and Freedom software) brings disparate project contributions into a synchronized model for BIM. The 3ds Max Design software enables users to explore and communicate ideas, from concept to film-quality presentations.
