Antoine grew up in the field by shadowing and being mentored at key Philadelphia agencies and companies. She is now responsible for a team of engineers and professionals that has delivered more than $200 million in building improvement designs. Her portfolio represents a variety of prominent projects for public transit operators such as Amtrak, DRPA, PATCO and SEPTA, serving millions of passengers throughout the Northeast Corridor. She recognized operational, constructability and sustainability opportunities where she could make a difference — and since then she has achieved just that. Her clients trust her with large, complex station and operations facilities projects that maintain and protect the state of good repair of critical facilities for millions of passengers by providing sustainable systems and processes. Recent projects that she is responsible for are the $20 million Independence Hall Station Renovation for SEPTA and the $28 million Franklin Square Station Renovation for DRPA. These developments reinvigorate aged transportation buildings with new building systems that extend their life and receive accolades. She consistently improves everything she is involved in and inspires others to achieve the same. Antoine is an active volunteer in many engineering-related associations. She serves as the president of Women’s Transportation Seminar – Philadelphia Chapter. Antoine has been a FIFA licensed soccer referee since 1999.
