Starting his career fresh out of the mechanical engineering program at the University of Cincinnati in 2008, Waymeyer has taken his natural and acquired skills in his more than 10 years at KLH Engineers and become both a leader within the company and in the community. His role as the director of the education studio (K-12 and higher education) serves as a clear connector to his desire to help people of all ages, genders and ethnicities. School work fuels his enthusiasm because creating great, comfortable and safe learning environments has a lifelong impact on current and future generationsThroughout his career, Waymeyer has been driven to perform at a high level and expects the same from those around him, which is why the education studio at KLH is consistently a leader in innovation and quality. Waymeyer’s impact does not stop within the walls of the company. He also serves as a board member on the Pendleton County Industrial Board and as a volunteer and mentor in the Ft. Thomas Schools Leader in Me program and the Ignite Institute Curriculum Development Committee. In his personal time, Waymeyer enjoys renovating houses. His current project is finishing the last details of the new house that he is building on a 52-acre farm. He designed the house and, with the help of this dad (who is a custom homebuilder), it is in the final stages of construction. He and his wife are counting on this being their final dream home that they can live in for years to come. He also loves to travel and scuba dive.
