Goss has more than 15 years of experience specializing in the design and analysis of HVAC, piping, mechanical, and energy systems for industrial, commercial, educational, and municipal facilities. Additionally, he has experience with staff development, management, and oversight. He also is well-versed in business and strategy development, proposal evaluation, and overall project development. Goss serves as a CDM Smith/Rensselaer Polytechnic Campus recruiting liaison and is a mentor for CDM Smith’s Technical Specialist Development Program, where he gives newer employees guidance, encouragement, and support. Outside of work, Goss is the activity director on the board of directors for a sportsman’s club, SaraSpa Rod & Gun, and has volunteered for the March of Dimes.
