Responsiveness, dedication, and a commitment to quality have propelled Byorick’s career at Gannett Fleming from college graduate to a supervisor in the company’s electrical group. He is recognized by his peers and his community as a leader and trusted advisor because of his honesty, team spirit, and fairness. In his position at the company, Byorick is responsible for designing power and lighting systems for roadways, parking lots, toll plazas, and railroad stations; performing photometric and voltage-drop calculations, protective device coordination studies, load flow assessments, and arc flash evaluations for electrical facilities; conducting circuitry and short-circuit studies for load center designs; and assisting with the design of communications systems, including electronic toll collection systems, intelligent transportation system facilities, and fiber-optic systems. Byorick believes the key to growth is leading by example and establishing a strong project team. His management and technical skills have established him as a trusted advisor for arc flash services.
