2007 AHR EXPO Set to Break Attendance Records

This year’s AHR EXPO, scheduled for Jan. 29 to Jan. 31 at the Dallas Convention Center, has grown significantly since it was last held in Dallas in 2000. The world’s largest HVAC/R event will feature more than 1,600 exhibitors from 35 countries, and 45,000 HVAC/R professionals from more than 100 countries. Based on these numbers to date, the 2007 AHR EXPO is scheduled to have at least 300 more exhibiting companies, which represents a 25% increase over the 2000 Dallas show. The 77thannual event also includes nine new international pavilions.

The event will feature innovation awards in nine categories. These awards will be presented to those who promote and encourage product innovation in a special ceremony. The Innovation Awards Presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 11:30a.m. Entry fees from the award will go toward local HVAC/R students in the Dallas area.
