Structural engineering firm, Weidlinger Associates (New York, NY) (ENR #201) merged with Thornton Tomasetti (New York, NY) (ENR #71), a provider of engineering design, investigation, and analysis services. GPO Group (Barcelona, Spain) formalized its partnership with Sam Schwartz Consulting (New York, NY) to acquire 30% of its capital with an agreement to reach the 60% in the coming years.
