Building Science Consulting (Waterloo, Canada) is merging with RDH Group (Vancouver, Canada), which includes RDH Building Engineering and RDH Building Sciences. Effective on November 1st, the merger brings two of the leading building science firms in North America together. Link to details


Abel Design Group (ADG) (Houston, TX) has entered an agreement to acquire Ken R. Harry Associates (Houston, TX), an architecture firm. ADG specializes in architecture and interior design for the corporate, hospitality, restaurants, and retail markets. Link to details


Architecture and engineering firm, Harriman (Auburn, ME) and The Cecil Group (Boston, MA), an urban design, planning, architecture, and landscape architecture firm, have merged to form a more comprehensive integrated full-service practice. Link to details


Liberty Environmental (Reading, PA) has acquired Hafer Environmental Services (Reading, PA), an environmental consulting firm. Liberty provides environmental consulting and engineering services to manufacturers, private landowners, land developers, financial institutions, and government entities. Link to details


Diversified energy consulting company, Enercon Services (Kennesaw, GA) (ENR #56) acquired Terra Environmental Services (Tampa, FL), an advanced remediation and environmental services company. Link to details
